DMCA Policy

1. Introduction

This website is operated by Universal Network Development LLC (“U.N.D Industries”), which respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and rights holders. If you believe that any content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request as described below.

2. What This Site Is

This is a static frontend hosted on GitHub Pages, backed by Supabase for account authentication and contact message storage. There are no user-uploaded files or user-generated media of any kind — all site content (music embeds, text, images) is manually added by the site owner.

Any valid DMCA removal request will be addressed by the site owner directly. Removal of infringing content, where confirmed, will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

3. What You Can Request

You may request removal of:

  • Music or audio content you own the rights to.
  • Artwork, images, or visual media you created.
  • Written content or branding materials you own.
  • Any other content you can demonstrate ownership of.

4. What Your Notice Must Include

To be valid, your DMCA notice must include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content on this site.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

5. Where to Send Notices

Send DMCA notices to:

undindustries@protonmail.com

6. Good Faith Reminder

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.
